These Terms & Conditions apply to websites, software, customer support, promotions, and related services provided by Defender Care LLC ("Defender Care," "we," "us," or "our"), including browse.defendercare.com and Web Ad Blocker.
Use of the Service
You agree to use Defender Care services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Product descriptions, eligibility requirements, pricing, promotional availability, compatibility information, and other offer-specific terms presented on a page are incorporated into these Terms for that offer.
Web Ad Blocker
Web Ad Blocker is intended to reduce certain common advertising and webpage distractions on supported browsers and devices. Website behavior varies, and no software can block every advertisement, popup, or sponsored placement. Compatibility and functionality may change as browsers and websites change.
Complimentary Promotions
Where Defender Care offers a complimentary license or other promotion, eligibility and limits shown on the applicable offer page apply. A complimentary offer may be limited by household, time period, device type, browser, or other stated criteria. No purchase is required where the offer page expressly says so.
Defender Care Text Messaging Program
When you separately opt in to receive text messages from Defender Care, you may receive customer care messages, service-related follow-up, information about requested products or services, and, where you specifically consent to marketing, recurring promotional messages about software, computer support, special offers, and related services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of receiving a complimentary license or purchasing any product or service.
STOP: Reply STOP to any Defender Care text message to opt out. After you send STOP, you may receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers may vary. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Your participation in the Defender Care text messaging program is also subject to our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Defender Care services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, browser, website, or third-party service, or any particular performance result.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the applicable Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
